‘I am excited to accept the position of Oklahoma Energy FC Girls ECNL Director of Coaching.
Thank you to OEFC leadership and Girls DOC, Stephen Phillips, for the privilege to carry forward a competitive and committed brand of soccer.
Our strength at Oklahoma Energy FC is and will continue to be the quality of our players and families. Maintaining a culture that is both positive and sustainable is integral to our success. Although every player’s pathway might be different, our responsibility is to provide the instruction and opportunity for players to achieve their full potential.
The ECNL platform affords many players the chance to push competitive boundaries while providing the stage for the next generation of female leaders. After twenty years of coaching in Oklahoma, Texas and Colorado, I’ve been fortunate to compete amongst the best clubs in the country and returning to the ECNL Girls platform was an easy choice. I have been incredibly fortunate to work alongside some brilliant leaders and dedicated professionals. These shared experiences have taught me the value of open communication, inclusion and dedication to long term planning and growth.
I am committed to building meaningful professional relationships that will benefit our players on the field and beyond the game. When we push the importance of belonging to something more than addressing our immediate needs, we see that our collective potential is great. Together lets continue to raise the standard and push boundaries. GoOEFC!!’
