BIO

Grew up in Edmond playing for Edmond soccer club, Coach Waugh played his soccer college career at Baylor University. After Baylor, he played professionally for the Texas Outlaws in the Major indoor soccer league.

He has been coaching since 2004 at Edmond North High School with over 200 wins as the head coach and 3 state championships. He has served as the Allstate coach and won the NSCAA Regional Coach of the year, NSCAA State Coach of the year, and the Daily Oklahoman Coach of the Year.

Currently, he is in his 21st year as the head coach at Edmond North High School.
