BIO

Michael Shanahan played soccer at Edmond Santa Fe where he was a 4 year starter, and graduated in 2011. After High School, Michael attended Oklahoma City University where he was also a four year starter. He graduated from OCU in the spring of 2015 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology Sports Science.

Michael started his coaching career at Edmond Santa Fe in 2012. He then moved on to coach at Classen School of Advanced Studies where he was Assistant Coach for the girls soccer team from 2013-2016. In 2017 he took the Men’s Head Coaching position at Classen SAS where he has been up to present day.

Michael started at Rose State College in the fall of 2016 as the Men’s Assistant Soccer Coach under Billy Martin.

Michael is married to his wife, Syrina Shanahan.
