COACHING PHILOSPHY

When you’re young, winning is not the most important thing, it’s developing as a player that’s the most important thing. And if you win games, that is great– but if you don’t win, and still make progress in your ability as a player, you become better.

My goal is to foster the innate ability for young players to do what they are taught and encouraged to do every day; to be creative and innovative both individually and collectively as a team. Techniques, ability to observe, thoughtful decision making, being a team player and quickness/speed are some of the essential qualities in the development stages of young players.
